I went into Meriden Conn Kay's to pickup earrings I had backing bent and was waiting for my turn. Then I saw a bracelet I liked once I picked up the earrings. I asked the sale woman Muriel if I could see the bracelet and I tried it on but the other one was calling me. So she put that one on me and I fell in love with it. So we went to see if I could get it and l did. I am going to wear the bracelet to a Halloween party I am going to with my costume. I again want to say Thank you Muriel for helping me this bracelet is going to set the night out perfectly. I also want to say Thank you to Ben another Kay's salesman who I brought a watch last year from but he showed my Dad how to set his date. Thank you guys for making this a wonderful experience and day.

3 months ago I went into Kay Jewelers in Wilkes Barre Pa to have my ring inspected & cleaned. A gift from my daughter several years ago. I cannot put into words how wonderful my experience was!! Stevie & Ashley were phenomenal!! Their knowledge, professionalism & willingness to help are exemplary!! They are a asset that cannot be replaced!! I love my rings, earrings & re-set of my Tanzanite engagement ring, with the expertise of these 2 wonderful ladies!! Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart. I will go nowhere else!!

I walked into Kay Jewelers in Tilton, NH. David assisted me in cleaning my diamond ring and wrap. He looked up my information and asked if yellow gold to properly clean them. He informed me when to get the diamonds checked to keep my warranty. He is pleasant and informative. Thank you for your help, my diamonds and gold shine! Elaine

I purchased a ring online from Kay which the money came out of my account right after. A day later they send an email saying they don’t have that item so they are canceling the order. But the refund can take a month. Three days after my wedding. So now I can’t get a different one until I get my money back which could be after my wedding. My wife is going to love this if she still is my wife. Thanks Kay for nothing.

We decided to think about it. So we went to Jared and talked to a sweet older lady there who took my Kay receipt and pulled up my ring. To our surprise it wasn’t even a ruby it was garnet. To replace only $100. So twice I went to place (Kay) who sold to us and they didn't even know stone. And over quoted us. Jareds was way more professional, knowledgeable and has my trust. Kay lost my trust. Will not be back.

I purchased what I thought was a 22 inch 14 Kt solid gold chain but instead it have what I bet in cobalt in it which attracts to magnets. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back but my case worker is basically ignoring me so beware of what you’re buying cause it might not be legit.

I recently purchased a wedding ring from Kay Jewelers and the whole diamond completely fell off and I took it back to them and now they tell me I have to buy another diamond to replace the one that fell off. Terrible service and craftsmanship.

Absolutely terrible experience! Horrible! I wish I would never have used kay and their financial institution #comenitybank #breadbank. I cannot say enough bad things about these thieves/companies. DO NOT use Kay/Comenity.
