How Does Soy Balance Work?
There are a number of natural substances that are said to aid in relieving menopause symptoms, and Soy Isoflavones are one that is commonly used.
The Soy Isoflavones contain phytoestrogens and compounds which help restore hormonal balance to the body by mimicking Estrogen, the hormone that decreases in the lead-up and during menopause.
Using a natural estrogen replacement is thought to be much safer than those prescribed by doctors (Hormone Replacement Therapy). Soy Balance is also designed to address the problem of decreased bone density with the addition of calcium and magnesium.
Soy Balance Ingredients – Are They Safe and Effective?
Soy Isoflavones
– It has a high concentration of isoflavones that function same as human estrogen, it can bind to estrogen receptors in the body[1].
Calcium
– Calcium increases bone mass in peri- and postmenopause and studies shows that it can reduce bone fractures[2].
Silicon Dioxide
– It has the potential to increase collagen and its optimal synthesis, activating the hydroxylation enzymes, important in the formation of collagen network, improving skin strength and elasticity[3].
Cellulose Gel
– It evaluates the effect of oxytocin on vaginal atrophy. According to FDA is generally considered to be a fairly safe food additive[4].
Magnesium
– It plays a crucial role in health, it is important for keeping bones strong and preventing osteoporosis, or weakening of bones. Magnesium also reduce unwanted side effects of menopause, such as difficulty sleeping and depression while supporting heart health[5].

Final Verdict
The affordable Soy Balance product would be suitable for a woman who wants to not only ease the severity of milder menopause symptoms, in particular night sweats and hot flashes but also needs to prevent bone density loss.
Even though no clear money-back guarantee is shown, the product is affordable enough to try at least once.
Fortunately, natural therapies for menopausal symptoms such as weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, and mood swings are available. Since many women experience weight gain during menopause, many natural menopause supplements contain herbs and botanicals that support a healthy metabolism. Menopause supplements should be evaluated on proven ingredients, ability to reduce hot flashes and night sweats, ability to provide hormonal balance and boost libido and its overall value.
