Excellent experience. I came in about a half hour before the store closed. Ximena got me through setting up a new phone and service and managed to help other customers through. Best experience I've had in a wireless store. That representative deserves a raise. Good job.

I went to this store because my phone number was suspended. Before I visit this place, I go to a different cricket location no one can help me . So I went to this location, two ladies, ximena and Karina, they help me right way . Very professional and friendly 👏

Ximena is very personable to her customers and knowledgable about the products in her store. She made me feel very welcome and was extremely helpful in choosing and then setting up a new phone for me.
I don't know what she is paid but she needs a raise!

Broke my phone today and went in to see if I could get a new one and the two ladies working in this store were extremely helpful and provided me with excellent service!! Ended up leaving with a new iPhone 13 thank you so much for making my day!

Was thrilled we came to the cricket store this evening ended up getting a great deal on a new phone for my wife. In addition the staff was friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. She was very kind and helped us transfer our information. Ximena was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Awesome customer service! It doesn't matter when I come in or who helps me, I always leave this Cricket location happy. Today the 2 gentlemen working this morning were pleasant, helpful, happy and very knowledgeable.

I went in to buy an iPhone 14 and I had a great experience getting it Ximera was excellent she was dealing with 2 other people while simultaneously going through my process the people who run this store deserve a raise for how above and beyond they go for there customers

Ximena had excellent service she is a very Charming lady and I will make sure to always keep coming back and asking for her only because she really help me out today she was able to transfer all of my data over that had a lot of sentimental value from my brother who had just passed away and she was able to save every single text that meant something to me and every picture

Yousef was amazing!
He took his time and didn’t rush anything even tho we were near closing time! Even when another customer approached after closing, he still helped the customer!
I will definitely be using this cricket store as my preferred location from here on out!

I was very nervous about getting a new phone but summer and a meal put my mind at ease because they were very very helpful. They help transfer everything from my old phone to my new one which was what made me so nervous to begin with I cannot say enough for these two guys they names is Amir and Samer they were two of the best that I have ever met and helped me a lot.

Hind was awesome! In the past year I had left Cricket and tried multiple discount wireless carriers. There was always one issue or another on top of spotty service which I never had a issue with at Cricket. So I decided to come back to Cricket and Hind made it the most effortless stress free experience since I had last joined Cricket over 3 years ago. With the other carriers I always had one issue or another from the very beginning, not with Cricket. This time I plan to stay as they are the best of the bunch when it comes to discount carriers. Thanks again Hind.
